The traditional control scheme of the slitting machine is to use a large motor to drive the rewinding and unwinding shaft. A magnetic powder clutch is added to the rewinding and rewinding shaft. The resistance generated by the magnetic powder clutch is controlled by adjusting the current of the magnetic powder clutch to control the surface tension of the material. . Magnetic powder clutch and brake are a kind of special automatic actuators, which transmit torque through the magnetic powder filled in the working gap. Changing the magnetic current can change the magnetic state of the magnetic powder, and then adjust the transmitted torque. It can be used for stepless speed regulation from zero to synchronous speed, suitable for fine-tuning of high-speed section and speed regulation system of medium and small power. It is also used in the unwinding or rewinding tension control system that adjusts the torque by adjusting the current to ensure that the tension remains constant during the winding process.

According to the characteristics of the semi-finished product, adjust the EPC device to ensure that the EPC photoelectric is always on the tracking line. Pull one end of the film with your hand and turn it on at low speed to make the film go into normal.

If there is film on the slitting machine, when changing the roll gap, please use the vacuum film splicing table. First start the film splicing table in the working position, and then manually flatten the film on the first traction roller of the slitting machine, and start the upper part Vacuum pump to suck the film. Gently paste the film on the film splicing table, cut off the excess film under the tape with double-sided tape, flatten the film on the unwinding rack and start the lower vacuum pump. In order to make the film absorb smoothly, please remove the paper layer of the tape and make the mucosa smooth. Then turn off the upper and lower vacuum pumps, and open the film splicing table to the non-working position.
